As a Solutions Engineer, you will establish technical credibility with prospective clients and collaborate closely with sales representatives and channel partners to help achieve customer goals using Yubico solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Yubico's products and ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales reps to meet target sales quotas.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain existing customer relationships to expand product usage and improve security.
- Develop and deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and technical consulting engagements.
- Communicate customer requirements to engineering and marketing teams.
- Actively participate in solution development for new markets and industries.
- Enhance customer experience through workshops, conferences, and documentation.
- Work effectively in a rapidly evolving company environment.
- Travel as needed (20-40%).
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years in technical customer interaction roles (Solutions/Sales Engineering or Pre-sales).
- Proficient in configuring and installing enterprise technologies (network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications for Windows, Mac, and Linux).
- Capable of troubleshooting across various operating systems.
- Knowledgeable about security technologies and protocols (two-factor authentication, IAM, SSO, VPN, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
- Language Requirement: Bilingual in Arabic and English; must be a native Arabic speaker.
