I am a backend-focused software engineer and cybersecurity-oriented computer science graduate.

I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science with a major in Cyber Security from Innopolis University (Russia), where I graduated with a GPA of 3.59/4.00. My academic work culminated in a thesis titled “Trustworthy Face Recognition as a Service: A Multi-Layered Approach for Mitigating Spoofing and Ensuring System Integrity,” which explored secure, production-ready biometric authentication systems.

My professional experience includes working as a Backend Developer (Contract)

• I designed and implemented the backend of a semantic search system using vector embeddings to significantly improve search relevance.
• I integrated OpenAI-based agents to summarize and enhance search results, improving user experience and information retrieval speed.
• I also automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to reduce deployment errors and deployed containerized services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), improving system scalability, reliability, and uptime.

• My thesis implementation, AuthVisage, is a face recognition platform designed as a service, featuring a secure FastAPI backend, Supabase integration, real-time liveness detection via Socket.IO video streaming, and a custom PKCE-based authentication flow to strengthen token security.
