I'm a data analyst based in Dubai with 4 years of UAE experience in systems support and operations, now focused on turning data into clear, useful insights.
In my most recent role as a POS Technical Support Specialist, I handled 150+ client visits a month across 6-8 sites a day. I troubleshot hardware, software and network issues, found root causes, monitored transaction performance, flagged recurring error patterns, and reported results to management. Before that, as an Admin Coordinator, I prepared Excel reports and presentations and kept operational records accurate.
