I’m a Governance, Knowledge Management and Technical Documentation professional with 10+ years of experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology, robotics and software environments in the UAE, Japan and India.

In my current work, I support enterprise cybersecurity and Cyber Threat Intelligence environments by developing governance frameworks, operating standards, SOPs, lifecycle processes, workflow models, structured knowledge repositories and performance documentation. I work closely with cybersecurity specialists, technical SMEs and leadership to turn complex operational requirements into governed, reusable and traceable knowledge.

My broader expertise includes information architecture, cybersecurity governance, process design, REST APIs, docs-as-code, developer documentation, knowledge management and cross-functional technology delivery.
