My leadership style is strategic yet hands-on — equally comfortable presenting to the board as I am building roadmaps with product squads or mentoring junior talent.

I currently lead the product and design function at LendInvest, overseeing a 20-person team and working closely with over 80 engineers. I own the end-to-end strategy for bridging, development, BTL and residential lending products — driving innovation through data modelling, technical architecture, and API integrations including Equifax and FICO. I've also co-founded and scaled a purpose-led CareerTech business, led regulatory transformation projects, and delivered FX trading products in high-pressure environments.
