I am an IT professional with a Diploma in Industrial Electronics and Control and CCNA (200-301) networking knowledge, building my career in Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Linux, I'm strengthening this through IBM SkillsBuild certifications, AWS-focused learning, and hands-on personal projects, alongside experience in technical support, systems maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting that has sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills.
I run a personal home lab where I manage around 15 Dockerized containers, monitor them with Prometheus and Grafana, and maintain secure remote access via Tailscale with zero-data-loss backups through Restic.
My background includes technical troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, system maintenance, end-user support, and documentation.
