What I do:

APPLICATION SUPPORT

I supported and maintained live PHP/MySQL applications in production, investigating and resolving 15+ application issues, bugs and functionality problems every month and reducing client-reported downtime. I worked across the full release cycle — structured pre- and post-deployment testing, deploying via cPanel and Hostinger, then verifying functionality and maintaining the system afterwards.

IT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I provided hands-on support to end users for hardware and connectivity problems — PC startup failures, internet and network troubleshooting, and application installation and configuration. I logged, tracked and resolved tickets in a Spiceworks helpdesk with SLA awareness, and delivered remote support through AnyDesk in a Windows environment.

SQL & DATABASE SUPPORT

I managed MySQL databases end to end for live production systems — schema design, maintenance, query optimisation and administration. I wrote SQL queries to investigate application behaviour and resolve data-related issues, using phpMyAdmin for database access and administration.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION

I was the primary point of contact for client technical queries, translating requirements into resolved support tickets and feature updates. I have also led team tasks and mentored interns, including one-to-one Java programming guidance.

MY TECHNICAL BACKGROUND

My foundation is in web development — PHP, MySQL, Core Java, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, with basic Laravel — and I created 15+ dynamic and static websites, with dynamic content retrieved from databases, plus admin panels with login/logout functionality. That background is what makes me effective in support: I can trace a fault through the application code and into the database rather than only report it onward.
