I’ve led multiple 0→1 initiatives and enterprise UX revamps, including the redesign of core workflows in automotive retail and repair systems, which resulted in measurable improvements in task efficiency and customer engagement. I also played a key role in launching Acura’s Digital Retail experience, directly contributing to higher conversion rates and digital adoption.
I redesigned a machine learning–powered review tool for a global biotech client at Indegene, helping reduce manual effort and increase approval accuracy. I’ve also contributed to design systems and banking workflows at EdgeVerve (Infosys).
