In my current role as Assistant Manager at RoboMQ, I have been instrumental in designing and developing scalable software solutions, focusing on enterprise-grade integrations and automation. I led the development of Hire2Retire, a fully automated employee lifecycle management system, which has helped 150+ enterprise clients streamline HR processes. Managing a team of 20+ engineers, I introduced best practices in code quality, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, reducing bug rates by 40% and improving product performance. Additionally, I played a key role in defining software architecture, cloud deployment strategies (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD optimizations, ensuring high availability and seamless integrations.
As a Lead Software Engineer, I was responsible for designing high-performance microservices and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for seamless software releases. I worked extensively with Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and AWS to improve deployment efficiency and reduce system downtime. I also spearheaded the development of an on-premise agent that enabled customers to securely access their servers without costly AWS VPN tunneling, significantly reducing infrastructure costs. Additionally, I led the monthly product release cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth deliveries. My expertise in identity integrations (Active Directory, Okta, Google Workspace) helped improve the security and flexibility of RoboMQ’s integration solutions.
Starting as a Software Engineer, I contributed to the core development of RoboMQ’s no-code integration platform, working on Java/Spring Boot microservices, Angular, and Node.js applications. I gained extensive hands-on experience in RESTful API development, database optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ. My role involved integrating various enterprise platforms like Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce CRM. Through continuous learning and innovation, I played a key role in improving system reliability, scalability, and customer adoption, laying a strong foundation for my leadership roles in the company.
