About Me

I’m a UX and Product Designer with 12+ years of experience designing digital products, enterprise platforms, and customer-facing experiences across different industries. My experience spans UX research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, design systems, prototyping, and end-to-end product design. I enjoy working on complex problems and turning complicated workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked with enterprise and B2B products across areas including Salesforce, learning platforms, AI-driven applications, immigration and visa assessment, legal services, e-commerce, and digital experiences. I’m comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, understanding business and technical constraints, and translating them into meaningful user experiences. Currently, I’m focused on moving further into Product Design, where I can contribute beyond UI and take greater ownership of the problem, product strategy, user journey, and overall experience. I’m also actively exploring how AI can improve the design process and product experiences. I use AI tools as a thinking and research partner to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, structure complex information, and speed up repetitive work while keeping human-centered design and user needs at the core. I believe good design is not just about making something look good. It’s about understanding the problem, simplifying complexity, aligning people around the right solution, and creating experiences that work for both users and the business.
