I’m a quality engineering lead with 15+ years in software testing, around 10 of them as an SDET. As Technical Lead – QE at IBM, I have led testing for Prudential’s life insurance, annuities, retirement and asset management platforms since 2020.
I own the test strategy, plans and estimates for every release. I build and maintain Java automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, TestNG and BDD, and run them in Jenkins CI/CD. I track quality through JIRA QE dashboards and run JMeter performance tests and production checkouts. I also lead and mentor QE teams across onshore and offshore locations.
I’ve built frameworks from scratch for Cisco, Triumph Learning and The Global Fund.
More recently, I built two QA automation tool proofs of concept using Claude and GitHub Copilot, applying prompt engineering to test design, test data and debugging.
I hold AWS Solutions Architect – Associate and OCI Foundations, AI and Data certifications, plus IBM Awards of Excellence (2025, 2026). I have an MBA from NMIMS.
