Not many QA engineers can say................ they've tested wireless hardware, IVR telecom systems and enterprise business software. BUT,, I can, and each one taught me to think differently about quality.

My journey started in 2021 at Nimble Wireless, validating IoT hardware and firmware. That's where I developed one habit that defines everything I do: I ask, "What happens when this goes wrong?" before development even begins.

At SBNA Software Solutions, I grew into something rare: a QA Engineer who could also think like a Business Analyst. I wasn't just breaking software. I was reading requirements, spotting gaps before they became bugs, and sitting in the sprint planning sessions to make sure quality was designed in, not patched in.

Today at Telecomatics, I own QA across Agile sprint cycles, I write test plans, execute test cases, manage the full defect lifecycle, and bridge the gap between what developers build and what users actually need.

What I bring that most QA engineers don't:

• I read requirements like a BA and break them like a QA
• I do Root Cause Analysis, not just bug reports
• I test APIs with Postman, not just UIs
• I think about risk, what's critical, what can wait
• I communicate clearly with developers, PMs, and clients

Every sprint taught me something. Every release made me better.

That's where I am. Aspiring to attain a Senior QA or QA Lead position in product companies.
