Senior IAM and Identity Governance professional with 11+ years of experience delivering enterprise identity and access management solutions across SailPoint IdentityIQ, IBM Verify Identity Governance / ISIM, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, and related IAM technologies.

I have worked across IAM consulting, implementation, development, production support, business analysis, solution delivery, and team leadership roles, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ application onboarding, Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle management, provisioning, workflows, forms, rules, approval frameworks, access certifications, role engineering, RBAC, role mining, custom connectors, REST/JDBC integrations, Active Directory integrations, and complex identity governance requirements.

My experience includes working directly with business stakeholders, application owners, security teams, infrastructure teams, and customers to translate IAM requirements into scalable technical solutions. I have also worked on large enterprise IAM environments involving Workday, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, databases, SaaS applications, privileged access management platforms, and custom integrations.

Having previously worked on international client engagements, I am comfortable operating in customer-facing environments and taking ownership from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, production deployment, and ongoing improvement.
