A versatile techno-functional leader with over 22 years of payments, transaction banking, payments transformation and divisional management experience across leading banks and FinTechs. I am passionate about payments and payments technology, and have successfully led, designed and delivered payment solutions by coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams. An MBA from Oxford’s Said Business School, I bring to the table a strategic mindset whilst also being hands-on and delivery focused under exacting schedules.

I am driven by the need to grow business capabilities by creating teams, building platforms and capabilities and designing new end to end processes. I started my career as a software developer and progressed through to business analysis, product management and senior management roles within the transaction banking / payments domain.

Having lived in the UK, India and Japan, and having worked with clients across the world from the US to Japan, I have experience with different cultures, peoples and cross-geographical teams. I am therefore open to the world, and excited about owning, creating and delivering new capabilities for Fintechs and banks alike.
