Actively Looking for Work
with over 8+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure for enterprise clients across diverse sectors. I specialize in automating complex deployment pipelines, managing cloud-native infrastructure, and driving digital transformation by leveraging modern DevOps tools and best practices.
My technical journey began with a strong foundation in Linux system administration, managing production and development environments on mid-range and high-end servers. Over time, I transitioned into cloud and DevOps roles, gaining hands-on expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and developing deep proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, container orchestration, and monitoring/observability.
Over the course of my career, I have worked extensively with Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I’ve designed and implemented resilient architectures using services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Auto Scaling, and Cloud Watch. My work also extends to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, where I’ve helped businesses optimize their cloud spending and improve system performance and security.
Automation is at the heart of what I do. I have consistently worked on CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines, and Azure DevOps. I believe in the principle of “everything as code” and use scripting languages such as Python and Bash to automate tasks ranging from configuration management to deployment and system health checks.
I have introduced automated testing stages, code linting, security scanning, and blue-green deployment strategies that minimized risk during rollouts. My emphasis on end-to-end automation has enabled teams to focus more on development and innovation while I handled the operational reliability.
I have been actively involved in designing container-based infrastructure using Docker and orchestrating microservices using Kubernetes. I’m comfortable deploying and managing multi-node Kubernetes clusters in production, using Helm for templating deployments and Kustomize for environment-specific configurations.
One of my strengths lies in setting up comprehensive monitoring and observability frameworks. I’ve implemented solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, and AWS CloudWatch, which helped in proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and preventing outages.
Security is always a top priority in my work. I have experience working with AWS IAM, HashiCorp Vault, and SonarQube for secure secrets management, user policies, code scanning, and ensuring compliance with best practices. My approach involves integrating security checks directly into the CI/CD pipeline, thus shifting security left in the development cycle
As a senior-level engineer, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, define best practices, and standardize DevOps workflows across teams. At Capgemini, my guidance helped improve process adherence and technical onboarding efficiency. I’ve led discussions across cross-functional teams to ensure that DevOps initiatives aligned with broader business goals.
I’ve also been involved in Agile ceremonies and used tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Slack/MS Teams to manage projects and communication effectively. I believe in fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from M.S. University in India. To support my professional growth, I’ve earned several industry-recognized certifications:
Looking ahead, I aspire to take on roles that allow me to contribute to large-scale cloud modernization projects, build internal DevOps platforms, and improve developer productivity through automation. I am particularly interested in opportunities that combine DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering principles.
Long-term, I see myself in a technical leadership or DevOps strategy role, where I can influence system design decisions, mentor teams, and advocate for modern software delivery practices. I aim to contribute to open-source initiatives, speak at cloud-native conferences, and help define best-in-class DevOps.
