Support Escalation Engineer | Senior | Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert AZ-305

Azure and enterprise infrastructure specialist with 10+ years at Microsoft, resolving the most complex on-premises Windows, hybrid connectivity, identity, and platform problems that global enterprise customers escalate. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).

What I do today:

• Lead two technical sub-teams (NanoPods) supporting 25+ engineers across readiness, escalation triage, and a technical academy.
• Advise enterprise customers during business-critical escalations on Windows networking, infrastructure and network design, and resiliency.
• Build training curricula and learning paths for a global engineering audience.
• Apply Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot to accelerate troubleshooting and content development.

Core strengths: Windows networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, 802.1x, NPS, Hyper-V networking, NIC Teaming, SET, SDN), Active Directory and hybrid identity, failover clustering, virtualization, and deep root cause analysis.

Azure design knowledge (AZ-305): identity and governance, data storage, business continuity, and infrastructure design, aligned to the Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks.

I am now looking to move formally into an Azure Solutions Architect or Cloud Consultant role, applying deep hands-on infrastructure experience and proven customer-facing communication to end-to-end solution design.
