Around ten years across product and engineering, with a CSPO and an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School in London.

Started as an engineer building automation and embedded systems, grew into owning delivery for connected devices at Sky in the UK, and now works as a product lead who still writes the code. Currently both product lead and developer on an agentic AIOps platform, owning the roadmap, PRDs, backlog and architecture, with multi-agent orchestration and MCP integration at its core.

Also designs and ships AI products independently:

• an AI desktop terminal for network and test engineers, built to pass enterprise security reviews;
• a self-service digital twin platform; and
