2026 Program Manager Intern

The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is seeking ambitious students to join us as a Program Manager Intern, contributing to our core businesses such as Retail, Amazon Operations, and Amazon Advertising. As a Program Manager Graduate, you will be part of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams, gaining valuable insight into Amazon's operations and enhancing your analytical skills. This role offers the chance to make a significant business impact while working alongside a mentor throughout your internship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
• Degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours/week) between January and December 2026, for 3-6 months
