The company is looking to invest in your future by considering you for an Investment Banking Analyst Intern position, starting June 14, 2027, and ending August 20, 2027.
What You Will Do
As an Investment Banking Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building business and financial models
- Performing valuation analyses
- Assisting in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance
- Conducting thorough research to gather project-specific information
- Synthesizing complex analyses into actionable conclusions

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree with a graduation date or gap year/semester between June 2027 – June 2028
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- An understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Additional language skills are considered an asset
