We are looking for a highly motivated, analytically sharp intern who is passionate about using data science and AI to solve real-world business problems at scale.
You will be part of the MEA Analytics team, working on data science and AI projects that shape how the company's ride-hail business operates across the region.

What You'll Do
- Embark on a chance to reimagine the way the world moves by working on real-time, high-impact data science and AI projects
- Learn the vast inner workings of the company. You will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, and the Marketplace through data-driven insights
- Solve key strategic problems by building and applying analytical frameworks, machine learning models and AI pipelines to advise the team on critical decisions
- Experiment with new AI-powered approaches to improve operations spanning demand forecasting, pricing optimization, supply-demand modeling, and rider/driver segmentation
- Collaborate and engage with stakeholders across functions including Operations, Marketplace, and Data Science to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Available to start on 1st of Feb 2027 and work full time for 3–6 months
- Work authorization in the UAE - No visa sponsorship is available for internships
- Graduation Timeline: Able to join in a full-time role (if an opportunity opens up) shortly after the internship ends
Preferred Qualifications
- Communication: Using interpersonal skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences
- Planning and Organization: Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects
- Problem Solving: Effectively resolving issues through structured, hypothesis-driven thinking using data, logic, and common sense
- Stakeholder Management: Taking time to build meaningful relationships; earning the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability
- Teamwork: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team
Skills (Must Haves)
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large-scale datasets
- Hands-on experience with Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and model development. Demonstrated experience training and evaluating machine learning models (classification, regression, clustering, forecasting)
- A portfolio of impactful AI or data science projects showcasing end-to-end thinking from problem framing to model deployment.
