The intern will work within a team responsible for dealer digital products and digital transformation initiatives, focusing on projects centered around customer adoption, business process optimization, digital solution deployment, and operational excellence. This role will expose you to cross-functional collaboration with business, technical, and dealer stakeholders while you develop foundational skills.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
- Assisting in the deployment and adoption of dealer digital products and applications.
- Supporting validation activities, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions.
- Analyzing business and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
- Assisting with reporting, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations.
- Collaborating with regional teams, dealers, and business partners to support ongoing digital initiatives.
- Helping track project milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency and customer success.

Program Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a completed bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Available for a full-time 12-month internship.
- Must be willing & able to travel.

- This is a full-time 12-month internship beginning on February 1, 2027.
