We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Art Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a talented artist specializing in one or more sub-disciplines of 3D art, including environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, and tech art. Experience in shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences is required.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, realism-driven 3D assets that meet visual, technical, and performance requirements.
- Specialize in one or more 3D art sub-disciplines such as environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, or tech art.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
- Design and implement solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
- Apply best practices in 3D art and design, focusing on user-centered principles.
- Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
- Strong portfolio of 3D art and design work.
- Experience working in a realism-based art style.
- Proficiency in 3D art and design software, including Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
