We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Art Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more 3D art sub-disciplines, including environment, character, modeling, rigging, animation, and tech art, with experience in shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, realism-driven 3D assets that meet visual, technical, and performance requirements.
• Specialize in one or more of the 3D art sub-disciplines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Apply best practices in 3D art and design, including user-centered design principles.
• Maintain and improve existing 3D art systems and assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in 3D art and design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D art and design work, particularly in a realistic style.
• Experience shipping 3D AAA games or AR/VR experiences.
• Proficiency in 3D art and design software such as Maya, 3DS Max, and Blender.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
