The company is seeking a highly skilled 4D/5D Modeller to support digital construction planning, project controls integration, and BIM-based cost and schedule management for a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project.

The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and managing 4D (Time-Based BIM) and 5D (Cost-Integrated BIM) models to assist with construction sequencing, progress monitoring, quantity validation, cost forecasting, and overall project decision-making. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing 4D BIM models linked to project schedules.
• Supporting visualization of construction sequences across various airport assets.
• Identifying construction sequencing conflicts and potential delivery risks.
• Developing 5D BIM models that integrate cost information.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate digital representations.
• Conducting model health checks and maintaining compliance with project BIM standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, digital construction, and project controls integration, particularly with major airport or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Synchro 4D, and related tools.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and digital construction processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:

• BIM Professional Certification (Autodesk or equivalent).
• Experience delivering 4D/5D BIM solutions on international airport mega-projects.
• Familiarity with digital twin implementation and asset information management.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
