About the Role
The company is looking for an AC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems under the guidance of our Engineering Supervisor. Your efforts will help ensure that guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, offices, and public areas maintain comfortable temperatures and proper indoor air quality, while also ensuring the efficient and safe operation of HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to AC complaints and maintenance requests from hotel guests and departments.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and repair of all types of A/C & refrigeration work according to standards and requirements.
- Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair work.
- Perform daily inspections of building services and equipment as per standards and requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work.
- Update daily maintenance log, complete work order forms, and keep the workplace clean, tidy, and well organized.
- Attend to complaints from hotel guests and other departments.
- Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
Qualifications
- Hold an appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational qualification in engineering.
- Have at least two years of operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Possess a technical certificate, diploma, or vocational training in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals, equipment diagrams, and maintenance instructions.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an engineering team.
- Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
