AC Technicians

About the Role
Join a team as an AC Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests through the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid system breakdowns.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Test electrical circuits and components for safety and efficiency.
• Clean and inspect air filters, coils, and other components to maintain air quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
• Coordinate with other technicians and departments to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment.
• Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
• Professional communication, teamwork, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
