About The Role
The KSA Academy is a structured 12-month paid traineeship in Riyadh, launching on 22 November 2026. It serves as a bridge from university to full-time work – not a shadowing placement. Participants will be salaried from day one, learning the foundations provided to our consultants and applying them on real client projects.

The year will consist of five learning blocks and eight core themes, beginning with classroom and facilitated sessions, followed by joining live client projects across various aspects of the business, with protected learning time incorporated throughout the year. This program aims to cultivate a strong bench of Saudi talent, providing trainees who demonstrate potential with a genuine pathway to full-time employment.
What You’ll Do
- Complete an intensive launch block covering orientation, our segments, working styles, ownership, communication, writing, and presenting
- Build core skills in business and finance fundamentals, critical thinking, Excel, data, and AI
- Join live client projects from early 2027, with these projects becoming your primary focus as the year advances
- Take on more responsibility and work more independently as your skills develop
- Work across different segments to gain exposure to various parts of the firm
- Meet with your cohort weekly to enhance skills, delve into themes such as AI, and present your learnings
- Complete a career capstone at the end of the program to showcase your growth
How You’ll Grow
The program is designed and facilitated by internal Learning & Development specialists, with business-specific sessions led by senior colleagues. It follows five stages – Launch, Build, Apply, Grow, and Close – encompassing eight core themes:
- Professional essentials – taking ownership of your work, giving and receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively
- Communication and collaboration – developing clear writing, sharp questioning, confident presenting, and teamwork
- How business works – understanding business models, finance, customers, and markets
- Problem solving and critical thinking – defining real problems, challenging assumptions, and transforming information into insight
- Digital, data, and AI skills – utilizing Excel and data to address business questions, and applying AI wisely and responsibly
- Commercial and client awareness – recognizing client needs, understanding value creation, and knowing how work is won
- Initiative, innovation, and impact – identifying opportunities for improvement, developing ideas, and making recommendations
- Self-awareness and career discovery – understanding your strengths, learning from feedback, and discovering your career path
Trainees will also receive mentoring from senior staff and enjoy holiday breaks between each learning block.
What You Must Have
- Saudi national
- Graduating in 2026 or graduated within the last three years
- A degree in any discipline – not limited to business or finance
- A strong academic record
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Able to commit to a full-time position for 12 months commencing in November or December 2026, based in Riyadh.
