Accenture Manar Program – UAE Nationals (Part‑Time)

The company Manar Program for UAE Nationals is designed to support Emirati university students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, or Legal. This program provides early professional exposure in a flexible part-time format while participants continue their academic studies. Participants will gain practical workplace experience, build foundational professional skills, and develop an understanding of the company’s business and corporate functions. Responsibilities may include supporting day-to-day activities within HR, Marketing, Finance, or Legal teams, assisting with research, documentation, presentations, and basic reporting, as well as participating in meetings, learning sessions, and collaborating with the company professionals.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Work Conditions:

• On-site
• Part-time commitment of 5–8 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling aligned with university timetables
• Working hours agreed in advance to ensure academic priorities are maintained

Eligibility Criteria:

• Required:

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in: Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Legal
  • Ability to commit 5–8 hours per week alongside academic studies
  • Strong interest in corporate functions and professional services
  • Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

• Preferred:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic familiarity with standard office and collaboration tools
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
