Access Management Consultant

The company is seeking an Access Management Consultant with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running discovery and current-state assessment, producing criticality tiering, wave plan, and baseline improvement plan. This role includes authoring governance documentation, including Access Management Policy, Operating Model, and various access standards. The consultant will deliver IAM platform and PAM governance review reports with improvement plans, produce business-validated User Access Matrices, design certification campaigns, issue monthly governance reports, and chair the governance forum.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance. Hands-on knowledge of PAM platforms like CyberArk, Delinea, or BeyondTrust is also necessary, along with strong Active Directory expertise and understanding of database access models (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI is required.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, along with relevant certifications in IAM, PAM, Cybersecurity, or IT Governance. Strong stakeholder management, documentation, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments. Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred.
