About the Role
Maintain premises in line with Dubai Municipality standards and corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines. Assist operations to ensure that employees at the camp have a comfortable stay. Ensure safety and security in the camp through judicious deployment of security measures. Maintain accurate physical records of assets and inventory items in the accommodation. Conduct regular rounds of the camp, perform daily reviews of the occurrence book, and take necessary actions while ensuring employee compliance with all rules and regulations. Monitor, assist, and train accommodation staff to effectively fulfill job requirements. Update necessary documentation regularly and maintain all relevant records as per the Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as assist auditors during audits. Prepare maintenance job requisitions and follow up until completion of the job. Address all complaints as they arise in collaboration with management. Foster better working relationships with area inspectors for continuous premises improvement. Maintain the property according to regulations set forth by Dubai Municipality. Responsible for hiring maintenance staff for the day-to-day management of the residential facility, and reporting to health authorities on contagious diseases, food poisoning, and other significant incidents. Understand and implement company safety policies and procedures as outlined in the IMS documentation. Hold accountability and responsibility for duties specified in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS. Properly manage the taking and handing over of leased rooms.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain premises in line with DM standards and corporate HSE guidelines.
- Experience in ensuring safety and security in residential facilities.
- Familiarity with maintaining records and documentation under IMS.
- Skills in monitoring and training accommodation staff.
- Knowledge of reporting protocols for health authorities regarding public safety and health concerns.
- Understanding of safety policies as per integrated management systems.
