What You Will Do:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align our solutions with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation that showcase the value of our offerings.
- Define comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging the company's IaaS and PaaS portfolio to meet customer needs.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision, capability models, assessments, and technical architecture.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on cloud infrastructure.
Your Experience:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience with public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: Relevant cloud certifications, strong familiarity with cloud implementation cycles, and degree level education in computer science or related field.
