Account Cloud Engineer

As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will help enterprises transform with cutting-edge cloud technology. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and aligning Oracle solutions with their needs.
• Creating and delivering technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Defining effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
• Designing enterprise cloud architectures and leading cross-functional Oracle teams for implementation.

Qualifications:

• Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their business applications.
• Relevant experience and industry knowledge, particularly with public cloud platforms.
