Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures addressing customer business challenges. Your role will involve driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption through the adoption of cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships to design and implement solutions.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and develop architectures that translate business needs into viable solutions.
• Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Deliver highly customized presentations and demonstrations at customer sites, conferences, and events.
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and customer training.
• Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Contribute as a leading technical resource for cloud solutions and customer success, influencing engineering roadmaps based on customer-driven features.
• Stay current on emerging technologies to maintain expertise in your field.
