As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address various business challenges. Your role will involve driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships across multiple organizational levels to design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Demonstrate product/application understanding through customized presentations for customers, conferences, and events.
- Support customers from the Proof of Concept (POC) phase through production deployment of services, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions to ensure customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to other team members.
- Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
