Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation showcasing the value and benefits of Oracle offerings.
- Define and design comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging Oracle’s IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers adopt and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Experience in roles such as Cloud Architect or Pre-Sales Solution Architect focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology with experience in public cloud platforms.
- Relevant cloud certifications and experience with cloud implementation cycles are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
