As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of our comprehensive cloud portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure solutions align with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and documentation that showcase the value of our offerings.
- Define and design comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging Oracle’s IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional teams to help customers design and adopt enterprise cloud architectures.
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology with relevant public cloud platforms.
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications and familiarity with cloud implementation cycles are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
