Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships at various levels within their organizations to design and implement solutions.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver highly customized product/application presentations to customers, conferences, and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for both customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and ensure customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentorship to others within the team and maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
