As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business challenges. Your focus will be on driving customer consumption of Oracle Cloud services by accelerating their adoption through discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple levels within their organizations to design and implement effective solutions.
- Collect requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver highly customized presentations and demonstrations of products/applications to customers at conferences and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) to production deployment of services, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor to customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success initiatives.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to others as a leading contributor in this role.
- Maintain expertise by staying current with emerging technologies.
