About the Job
As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that tackle customer business challenges. Your primary goal will be to drive customer consumption of Oracle cloud services by facilitating their adoption, which includes phases such as discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with strategic customers, establishing leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels to design and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
  • Display product/application understanding via customized presentation demonstrations to customers, as well as at conferences and events.
  • Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to the production deployment of services, focusing on resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
  • Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
  • Serve as a key contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions, ensuring customer success.
  • Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
  • As a leading contributor, provide direction and mentoring to colleagues.
  • Navigate complex, non-routine work that requires advanced technical and business skills in your specialization.
  • Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
