Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that tackle customer business challenges. Your role will involve driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of cloud services including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels to design and implement solutions.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Potentially implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Conduct highly customized presentations and demonstrations of products/applications to customers and at events.
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment of services, including resource configuration, planning, and education/training.
• Create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
• Act as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions, influencing engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
• May provide direction and mentorship to others.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position, on-site in Riyadh.
• The work is non-routine and complex, requiring advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is desirable.
