Account Cloud Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team and Oracle’s cloud teams to understand customer requirements and align solutions with customer needs.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Define comprehensive and effective cloud solutions leveraging Oracle's IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision and technical architecture.
• Orchestrate cross-functional Oracle teams to assist customers in designing, adopting, and governing enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Work Conditions:

• On-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Qualifications:

• Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on a customer-centric approach.
• Experience in cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) with a track record in enterprise cloud solutions.
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect, with expertise in public cloud platforms.
• Degree level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
