Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align solutions with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Define comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging Oracle's IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional teams to help customers adopt and govern enterprise cloud architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Experience Required:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and experience in customer-facing roles related to cloud solutions.
- Relevant work experience with public cloud platforms.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
- Degree-level education in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
