Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure solutions align with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Define and design effective cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional teams to adopt and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Relevant education in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
