Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align Oracle’s cloud teams accordingly.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures articulating business value.
- Orchestrate cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers adopt and govern enterprise cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency and strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Relevant cloud certifications and familiarity with cloud implementation cycles.
