As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio. Your role will involve driving customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and Oracle's cloud teams to provide strategic guidance tailored to customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and documentation that showcase the value of our cloud solutions.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
- Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers adopt and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions.
Desired Experience:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) with experience in customer-facing roles focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology and industry, with X+ years working with public cloud platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with Oracle database technologies and open-source cloud-native technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
