In this role, you will drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, creating and delivering technical proposals and solution documentation, designing and delivering enterprise cloud architectures, and leading cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers adopt and govern solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Qualifications:
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and an unwavering commitment to understanding customer needs.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and experience in customer-facing roles focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology and industry, with experience working with public cloud platforms.
- Relevant cloud certifications, familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles, and a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field are desirable.
