In this fast-paced and motivated field technology engineering team, you will drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with the sales team and the company’s cloud teams to create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation that highlight the value of our offerings. Your responsibilities will also include defining cloud solutions that meet customer needs and designing enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and cloud teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Define and design cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers adopt enterprise cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Experience in a customer-facing role focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms.
- Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
