As an Account Cloud Engineer HeatWave at Oracle, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address business challenges. Your responsibilities will include driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption and accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, from discovery and design to deployment. You will engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective solutions, ensuring successful deployments through code development and scripting.

You will support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through to production deployment of services, involving resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Additionally, you will create and distribute technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations, serving as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on cloud solutions and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with computer applications and tools.
- Ability to travel 25% internationally and domestically.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering from an accredited university; or relevant 5 years of technical experience.
- Expertise in system and application design.
- Proficiency in SQL, Machine Learning and AI, IT architectures, and networking.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, or Cognos, preferably with certifications in analytics solutions.
- Experience with database analytics background and technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, or other Analytics/AI/ML technologies.
- Cloud certifications (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations.
- Develop and deliver presentations, product demos, and sample solutions to promote Oracle HeatWave initiatives.
- Lead technical discussions and customer workshops centered on HeatWave and OCI technologies.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps based on customer needs.
- Maintain expertise in emerging technologies relevant to the role.
