Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and coordinate with Oracle’s cloud teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and documentation that highlight the value of Oracle's offerings.
- Define effective cloud solutions using Oracle IaaS and PaaS, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with industry best practices.
- Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to assist customers in designing, adopting, and governing enterprise cloud architectures and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role, such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect with a focus on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions.
- Relevant experience in technology and public cloud platforms.
- Preferred: Hyperscaler cloud certifications and familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
