As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Oracle’s cloud teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Define effective cloud solutions using the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
- Design enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate customer adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI).
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology, with significant time spent working with public cloud platforms.
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications and experience with cloud implementation cycles are a plus.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
